Michelle Rockson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Partnering Lead at TrueLayer since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Zopa, including Lead People Partner and Senior People Partner, from February 2019 to February 2023. Michelle's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Human Capital Business Partner at Capco from July 2009 to February 2019, an HR Officer at Colliers CRE, and an HR Advisor at PwC. Academically, Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development (CIPD) from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from London Metropolitan University.
