Hongli Lai is a senior consultant and advisor at Fullstaq since April 2019 and has been the founder, CTO, software developer, and consultant at Phusion B.V. since April 2008, overseeing the development of products such as the Passenger application server. Hongli founded and organized BubbleConf from May 2012 to October 2013, focusing on startup and technology conferences. Previous experience includes serving as a student assistant at the University of Twente and working in various roles as a self-employed developer, designer, marketer, and sales agent from July 2004 to April 2008. Hongli holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Twente and pursued further education at Radboud University and the University of Twente.
