Nitin Mhaskar has been working in the software industry since 2004. Theirfirst role was as an EDP Officer at NDS InfoServ from 2004-2006. From 2006-2007, they worked as a QC Team Member at NDS InfoServ, with responsibilities of manual testing in the accounts payable and mortgage domain. In 2007, Nitin moved to CMSS as a Quality Analyst, where they were responsible for web-based and application testing, manual and automation testing, and domain and project analysis. In 2009, they took on the role of Senior Software Test Engineer at Zycus Infotech. In 2011, Nitin became a Lead Software Quality Analyst at ReachLocal, with responsibilities of both manual and automation testing, web services testing, Salesforce application, and mobile application testing. Finally, in 2018, Nitin was promoted to Senior QA Manager at Zycus, and in 2019, they were promoted again to QA Manager at TrueData.

Nitin Mhaskar attained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ICFAI University in 2012, specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Nitin completed their B.Engg from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Mumbai University in 2004, specializing in Electronics. Additionally, Nitin Mhaskar holds certifications from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NCFM Financial Market - A Beginners Module, 2016), The Test Tribe Community (FailQonf: Conference covering Failure Stories with Lessons around Software Testing and Quality) and PeopleCert (Prince 2 Agile).
