Torris Bennett has extensive experience in various roles within the behavioral solutions and youth services industries. Torris is currently the Director of Operations at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions since March 2021. Prior to this, from January 2020 to March 2021, Torris served as the State Director, MI at Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC. Torris also worked at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions as a Facility Administrator from July 2017 to January 2020. Before that, Torris held positions at G4S Youth Services, LLC, including Facility Administrator and Program Director, from 2010 to 2017. Torris started their career at Eckerd Youth Alternatives as the Support Services Director from January 2000 to July 2009. Throughout their career, Torris has demonstrated leadership and oversight in managing facility operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and overseeing staff and programs.

Torris Bennett completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Stillman College from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Torris completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Springfield College.
