Orville Wallen, MBA, has extensive experience in behavioral solutions and law enforcement, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions since October 2017. Wallen has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including State Director, Regional Director, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Facility Administrator. Prior to joining TrueCore, Wallen worked at G4S from July 2009 to October 2017, where roles included Assistant Facility Administrator, Unit Manager, Shift Manager, and Youth Counselor. Wallen's career in law enforcement began with the Jamaica Constabulary Force, serving as a Law Enforcement Officer from August 2003 to July 2008.
