Andrew Porter leads the legal, compliance and human resources functions for TrueCommerce. Andrew is an experienced legal executive with over 30 years of practice in outside and in-house counsel roles and in public and private companies across a number of industries. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Andrew served as General Counsel of a number of private equity-backed companies, including A Place for Mom, America’s leading senior living referral service; INTTRA, which operates the largest online booking platform for the ocean container shipping business; and Sterling, the leading provider of background screening solutions. Andrew is a graduate of Yale University and the New York University School of Law.
