Jill Taylor, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at TrueCar, Inc., since November 2020, Jill leads benefits administration, HR operations, wellness, and immigration programs in a remote-first technology environment. Previous roles include People Operations Manager at TrueCar, where effective HR and payroll guides were implemented, and Human Resources Business Partner at CWS Apartment Homes, where a successful performance management initiative was developed. Jill also contributed as a Human Resources Generalist II at Abbott, facilitating talent review sessions, and at St. David's HealthCare, advising clinical and non-clinical units.
