Lucas Hoem currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at True Shot Ammo, a position held since June 2024. Lucas's career began as a Range Officer at Rio Salado Sportsmans Club and included a role as Junior Processor at Wallick and Volk, as well as a managerial position at Christmas Decor where new business relationships were prioritized. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and an Associate's of Applied Science in Welding Technology from Front Range Community College.
