Amy Simpson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in wealth management and client services at True Potential LLP since September 2017. Currently serving as the Head of Department for Wealth Management Direct, Amy oversees direct sales reporting, monitors targets, and leads a team of Senior Account Executives as a Direct Client Advice Manager. Previous roles include managing client insights projects to enhance understanding of client behavior and support marketing initiatives, as well as facilitating recruitment partnerships and providing technical support within the financial services industry. Prior experience as a Research Assistant at Newcastle University focused on consumer behavior research. Amy holds an MSc in Food and Rural Development Research from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honours from Northumbria University.
