Kathryn Forcone is an accomplished educator and researcher with extensive experience in chemistry and biology. Currently serving as an Honors Chemistry Teacher at True North Classical Academy since May 2021, Kathryn has developed a comprehensive learning curriculum and laboratory protocols. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami's Silveira Lab, managing laboratory activities and utilizing Linux and Python for genomic data analysis. Kathryn also held positions as Head Lifeguard and Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami, where responsibilities ranged from team management to instructing laboratory courses. Kathryn's academic background includes a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology from the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude, and pursuing a Master of Science in Chemistry at the University of Saint Joseph.
