Leonie Vrakking has a range of work experience in customer service and management roles. Most recently, they worked as a Medior Customer Success Manager at True B.V. starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were employed by Koninklijke Verkade nv as a Customer Service Representative from November 2021 to October 2022. In this role, Leonie was responsible for handling customer orders, managing logistics, and overseeing invoicing and inventory. Before that, they worked at Proact IT NL as a Customer Care Representative from September 2018 to October 2021. In this position, they played a key role in delivering IT solutions and services to clients. Leonie also gained experience as an All Rounder at HEMA from August 2017 to August 2018. Leonie'searly career includes roles at Ahold Nederland as a Cashier Customer Service from March 2013 to January 2017, and as a Cashier from September 2009 to March 2013.

Leonie Vrakking began their education at Sint Vitusschool, where they completed their primary education from 1998 until 2006. Following this, they attended Sint Vituscollege from 2006 to 2011 and obtained a Diploma HAVO in the field of Natuur & Gezondheid.

In 2012, Leonie enrolled at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Economics. Leonie completed their undergraduate education in 2018.

During their time at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Leonie also undertook a minor in International Business Skills in 2016.

Furthermore, Leonie obtained additional certifications throughout their educational journey. Leonie acquired the Mailplus MarCom certification from MailPlus in March 2017. In August 2013, they successfully completed the Propedeuse HBO Commerciële Economie from Hogeschool Utrecht. Leonie further acquired the Bachelor Marketing certification from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in 2018.

More recently, they obtained the Learn to Analyze - Excel Level 3 certification from Lepaya in September 2022. Leonie also attained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2023. Additionally, Leonie received training in BHV from BHV.NL in 2018, although the exact month is unknown.
