Bonno Vlas has a diverse work experience in various sales and management roles. Bonno started their career in 2012 at SQPeople as a Captain and later became a Salesmanager, responsible for conducting interviews, training new employees, and creating sales and motivation workshops.

In 2014, Bonno worked as a Stagiair at Zwitserleven before transitioning to providing private math tutoring from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they also took a break to travel.

Following that, from 2010 until 2015, Bonno pursued a Bachelor's degree in "Bedrijfswiskunde" at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam | Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Bonno obtained their Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfswiskunde, although the specific month and year of this accomplishment are not mentioned.
