Shir Huang is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services, product management, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate at True Link since August 2021, Shir previously held the role of Product Manager at Sixup PBC, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the client services department and directing product workflow.
