Karl Dethloff has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at True Food Kitchen since November 2015. Prior to this role, Karl held similar positions at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group from January 2013 to November 2015 and worked as Manager and Sous Chef at Darden from October 2006 to January 2013. Karl began the career at Restaurant Associates as Manager from May 2005 to December 2006, where responsibilities included managing the café, restaurant, and kiosks at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, assisting with catering at the Kimmel Center, and opening a Performing Arts Center in Miami. Karl’s educational background includes a BS in Hospitality from Widener University and an AAS in Hotel and Resort Management from the State University of New York at Delhi.
