Zach Demers possesses extensive management experience in the food service and retail sectors, currently serving as the Area Manager at Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream since July 2017. Prior roles include District Manager at Homegrown Sustainable Sandwich Shop and General Manager at Majestic Sales, where oversight of the Northwest branch involved managing operations, a warehouse crew, inventory, and driver logistics. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Specialty Team Leader at Whole Foods Market and Head Chef & Restaurant Manager at Drake's Beach Cafe. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management from Cabrillo College.
