Sreejith Moolayil's work experience starts in 2002 as an intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd and Eaton Fluid Power, Hydraulics Division. Sreejith then worked as a Dy Sr Executive - HR at Delphi-TVS from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they joined Tata Motors as a Deputy Manager - HR from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Sreejith worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions where they held various roles including Head HR - Cognizant, Pune and Country Head Talent acquisition & training - China. In 2012, they became the COO & Co-Founder of Healthy World, and from 2014 onwards, they served as the Co-Founder & COO of True Elements.

Sreejith Moolayil's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Vyasa Vidya Peethom and completed their 12th Class education with a focus on Science & Mathematics. From 1996 to 2001, they furthered their education at SDM Law College, where they obtained a BA in Law followed by an LLB degree, specializing in Civil, Intellectual Property, and Criminal law. In 2001, Sreejith enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they pursued an MBA in Human Resources. Simultaneously, they also attended Symbiosis International University from 2001 to 2003 to attain an MLL & LW degree in Labour Laws.
