Valerie Moskal, MSA, SPHR, serves as the Chief Growth & Lending Officer at TRUE Community Credit Union, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance growth and revenue for the organization, which currently holds $877 million in assets. Previous roles at TRUE include Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Human Resources & Branch Operations, contributing to consumer lending, branch operations, and human resources management. In academia, Valerie has taught human resource courses as an Adjunct Instructor at Jackson Community College. With a Master of Science in Administration focused on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and additional certifications including Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Valerie brings extensive expertise in human resources and operational leadership within the credit union sector.
