Kendall Long has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, spanning several years in the financial and retail sectors. Currently serving as Remote Experience Manager at TRUE Community Credit Union since November 2018, Kendall has also held positions including Member Service Manager, Retail Branch Manager, and Member Service Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Relationship Banker at Huntington National Bank from May 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities included processing transactions and providing lending recommendations. Earlier roles at The Buckle, Inc., Hollister Co., Kohl's Department Stores, and Little Caesars Pizza demonstrated a consistent commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized experiences. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and completed studies at Jackson College from 2011 to 2013.
