Rachel Moreno has extensive experience in community engagement and training, currently serving as the Cultural Activities Coordinator at Trinity Services since 2015, where cultural activities are organized for boarding school students from various Alaskan communities. In addition, Rachel serves as Vice President of the Board for the American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association since 2011 and has been a Tribal Councilwoman for the Sitka Tribe of Alaska since 2008. Rachel has a strong background in training as a True Colors trainer, having conducted sessions for diverse audiences, as well as co-owning Alaska SafeTech Industries from 2004 to 2016, a construction business focused on weatherization. Rachel's previous board experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium from 2009 to 2011 and owning an ergonomic office furniture business from 1993 to 1998, where Rachel achieved SBA 8A certification.
