Rajat Mehla has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and consulting industry. Rajat is currently working as a Software Engineer 3 at Balancehero India since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Engineer at Bharti Airtel from May 2021 to May 2022. Rajat also gained valuable experience as a Senior Applications Engineer at Oracle from October 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from June 2018 to September 2019. Rajat started their career as a System Engineer at Infosys in February 2015 and worked there until May 2018.

Rajat Mehla completed their Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science from Kurukshetra Institute of Technology & Management from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, in November 2014, Rajat obtained a certification in English proficiency from Aspiring Minds. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Data Processing Specialist, and Software Engineer - IT Services from Aspiring Minds.
