Shanna Kuhlemier has extensive experience in local government administration, currently serving as the District Clerk and Assistant to the General Manager at Truckee Donner Public Utility District since March 2015. In this role, Shanna administers democratic processes, ensures public access to District records, and oversees legislative actions while acting as a compliance officer for various statutes. Prior to this position, Shanna worked as a Records Technician for the Town of Truckee from July 2003 to March 2015. Shanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Public History from Grand Canyon University and is a Certified Municipal Clerk through the International Institute Municipal Clerks.
