Ken Derrig is an experienced professional with a background in health, safety, and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Health Safety Environment Engineer at Tru Vue since October 2006, Ken holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Quality Auditor, and OSHA 30 Hour Certified. Additionally, Ken is involved with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary as a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliarist since May 2017, participating in vessel examinations and public affairs, and has received several awards including the AUXOP Devise and the Coast Guard Meritorious Team Commendation. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Supervisor at Anderson Packaging Inc., where responsibilities encompassed root cause analysis and quality management system implementation, and Lab Technician at Lenscrafters. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Environmental Systems from Northern Illinois University.
