Erin Anderson

Museum And Conservation Liaison, Americas at Tru Vue

Erin Anderson currently serves as the Museum and Conservation Liaison for the Americas at Tru Vue and as a Museum Studies Distance Education Instructor at The George Washington University since January 2022, where Erin teaches an online graduate course in Preventive Conservation. Previous roles include Website Coordinator at Art Bio Matters and Guest Lecturer at New York University and Pratt Institute, covering topics such as Loss Compensation for Ceramics and Metals Conservation. Erin's background includes experience as an Assistant Objects Conservator at the Brooklyn Museum and contract conservation work with Rosa Lowinger & Associates. Erin completed graduate conservation internships at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The British Museum, along with a Conservation Fellowship at the Mugello Valley Archaeological Project. Erin holds a Master of Science in Art Conservation from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Boston University, with additional minors in French and Visual Arts.
