Bassel Barakat is a Senior Digital Producer at TRT Arabi since March 2023, previously holding the position of Digital Producer. Prior roles include Web Content Writer, Translation Manager, and Liaison Officer at Inova Interactive from March 2020 to February 2023. Bassel also served as a Correspondent for the English-Language news services’ MENA Desk at AA from August 2019 to October 2022, and worked as a Simultaneous Interpreter at IRAM in December 2019. Freelance writing for Global Daily News occurred between June 2017 and March 2019. Bassel Barakat holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi, completed in 2021.
