Karen Baird currently serves as the Athletic Coordinator for Troy School District, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Baird was the Head Softball Coach at Lawrence Technological University from July 2017 to August 2024 and worked as a Private Softball Instructor at Premier Softball from October 2013 to November 2022. Additional roles include Assistant Softball Coach at Oakland University and Graduate Admissions Representative at Northwood University DeVos Graduate School. Baird's coaching experience also encompasses a lengthy tenure as Head Softball Coach at Eastern Michigan University and various coaching and teaching positions at Albion College and Northville Public Schools. Baird holds a Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Adrian College.
