Liisa Kuparinen has extensive experience in ICT systems and project management, currently serving as Configuration Owner at Qvantel since August 2016, where responsibilities include defining requirements for various systems. Previous roles at Qvantel include Senior Project Manager and Product Owner for mobile applications, emphasizing UX research and product delivery. In addition to industry roles, Liisa has been active in public service as Deputy City Councilor and City Councilor for the City of Jyväskylä since June 2017, contributing to regional development and community services. Liisa founded IT-Copper, specializing in web development, and has served as a mystery shopper at Palvelu Plus Oy. Academic achievements include a PhD in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyväskylä, focusing on user-centric mobile application design.
