Yasser Fayed is a skilled professional with extensive experience in administration, tax preparation, and engineering planning. Currently serving as a Service Administrator at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. since April 2022, Yasser provides critical support to branch Service Managers and assists in customer service and reporting. Previously, Yasser worked as a T1 Tax Preparer at RH&A LLP, where effective communication was key in assisting clients with personal tax returns. With a strong background in project planning from roles at Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation, Yasser utilized Primavera P6 to develop execution programs and manage progress reporting.
