Cierra Caffey has a diverse background in the welding and inspection industry, currently serving in Marketing and Business Development at Troy Companies since October 2020. Prior roles include a Welder Helper at various companies, with significant experience as a Coating/Utility Inspector at Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc. and International Inspection Inc., where Caffey worked on projects related to the Kinder Morgan pipeline. Cierra's expertise extends to pipeline coating, cathodic protection, and various inspection techniques. Caffey holds a High School Diploma from Llano High School and is pursuing CIP Level 1 certification as a Coating Inspector and Corrosion Specialist from the NACE International Institute.
