Oksana Maslianko is a legal professional currently serving as a Legal Secondee at Ahli United Bank (UK) PLC since May 2024, following a secondment from Trowers & Hamlins, where Oksana has been a Paralegal in the Banking and Finance department since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Advisor at EXMO.com, a Junior Associate in the Corporate/M&A department at Arzinger, and a Junior Associate in Dispute Resolution/Corporate practices at CTRL.Law. Oksana began the legal career as a Legal Intern at EVERLEGAL and Baker McKenzie, gaining experience in Dispute Resolution, Corporate, M&A, Intellectual Property, and Employment practices. Oksana holds a Master’s degree with honours and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
