Matthew Libby is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at Trowers & Hamlins, where since November 2021, Matthew has provided advice on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and private equity investments. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Corporate Solicitor at Ashfords LLP from September 2016 to November 2021, where Matthew began their career as a Trainee Solicitor.
