Karen Gilbertson currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Journeys & Process Engineering at T. Rowe Price, beginning in July 2024. Previously, Karen held the position of Enterprise Risk Governance and Change Management Director at Early Warning® from September 2023 to July 2024. With extensive experience at Silicon Valley Bank from May 2018 to May 2023, Karen undertook several leadership roles, including Head of Risk & Process Integration and Head of Enterprise Process Management, where significant contributions were made in risk assessments, process management, and the establishment of a Risk Management Center of Excellence. Earlier positions include senior management roles at ShareBuilder 401k, Capital One, and ING DIRECT, where Karen focused on process improvement, sales training, and cost reduction initiatives. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from St. Cloud State University and has furthered education at the University of Washington and University of Oxford.
