Philip Talbot is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in the food and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. Currently serving as the Interim Site Engineering Manager at Trouw Nutrition GB since April 2019 and concurrently as a Director at LEAP Engineering Consultancy since September 2014, Philip specializes in engineering and project leadership. A former Interim Chief Engineer at Quorn Foods and Plant and Infrastructure Work Stream Lead at KP Snacks, Philip has led multi-million-pound investment projects aimed at enhancing production performance. Prior experience includes significant roles at Premier Foods, New Zealand Dairy Foods, and Cadbury Confectionery Ltd, where Philip developed maintenance processes and managed engineering departments. Philip holds an HND in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Maintenance from The University of Salford.
