Mark Arsenault is a seasoned professional in the IT systems and security industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Troubadour Technology, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mark spent over two decades at Integration Partners Corporation, a ConvergeOne Company, as an Account Executive, where responsibilities included relationship management across various organizational levels and advocating for customers in IT vendor relationships. Earlier experience includes an Account Executive position at Nortel, focusing on voice and data solutions for Emerging Service Providers, and serving as a Service Account Manager at Thomson Financial/First Call, managing technical accounts in the financial sector. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed academic studies at Grafton Senior Memorial High School.
