Arnout Van Es is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions and companies. Currently serving as CFO Europe at Tropicana Brands Group since August 2022, Arnout previously held the position of EMEA CFO at Wella Company, overseeing a $1+ billion net revenue portfolio and leading a finance organization of over 150 personnel. Arnout's background includes significant roles such as Regional CFO for Coty, where profitability and growth were successfully enhanced in the Professional Beauty Division across multiple underserved regions, and various positions at Procter & Gamble, culminating in a Global Head of Financial Planning role for the Salon Professional division. Arnout holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Groningen and is a certified Project Management Professional.
