Nikhil J. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nikhil started their career as a Project Trainee at IBM in January 2013 and worked there until May 2014. During this time, they gained valuable experience in project management and implementation.

After that, Nikhil worked as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2014 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for diagnosing and resolving software problems and ensuring timely issue resolution for users.

In February 2016, Nikhil joined TRooTech Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Director of Client Relations. Nikhil'smain responsibilities included consulting with business users, preparing proposals, analyzing customer requirements, and evaluating existing procedures and technical documentation.

In November 2017, Nikhil became the Chief Executive Officer at TRooInbound Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and played a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

Most recently, in August 2022, Nikhil started working as the Chief Executive Officer at TechStager. Here, they focus on providing on-demand software teams and assisting businesses in becoming innovation leaders through technological investments, architecture selection, and project management.

Nikhil J. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from RK College of Engineering and Technology from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they finished their 11th-12th science education with first class in the Science stream from M.N High School in Mahuva, from 2008 to 2010. Nikhil also attended S.S.N High School in Mahuva, Bhavnagar Gujarat from 2000 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study there.

Additionally, Nikhil has obtained several certifications to complement their education. In April 2014, they obtained the "Java Programmer" certification from IBM. In October 2013, they achieved the "Microsoft Office Word 2013 Specialist" certification. In October 2017, Nikhil became a "HubSpot Email Marketing Certified" professional, earning this certification from HubSpot Academy. Lastly, in October 2014, they also obtained the "HubSpot Inbound Sales Certified" credential, also from HubSpot Academy.
