James Power has a diverse work history, starting with their role as Assistant General Manager at Studio Nightclub from June 2014 to July 2016. James then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Upper Canada Forest Products from June 2016 to February 2017, where they achieved record sales revenue numbers. James then joined Breakthru Beverage Group as a Territory Manager from February 2017 to January 2019, surpassing growth targets in various categories. James is currently employed at Trooh, where they have held multiple roles, including Manager, Network Development and Relationships, and Manager, Strategic Partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Vice President, Client Partnerships.

James Power completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2013. James also graduated with Honors from Kitsilano High School from 2002 to 2007. In 2017, they completed Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
