Astrid Salazar currently serves as an Ad Operations Data Coordinator at Trooh, where responsibilities include supporting the sales team with report and analytics preparation and utilizing SQL for data extraction and visualization in Grafana. Previously, Astrid worked as a Data Systems Agent at FedEx, managing operational data and optimizing payment workflows through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Astrid also gained experience as Event Staff at The Butler Did It and as a Warranty Support Associate at Multiservicios Line Cold International, where duties involved customer and internal support as well as ensuring compliance with warranty documentation. Astrid holds a Diploma of Education in Computer Programming from Seneca Polytechnic, completed in April 2023.
