Kelsang Dolma is a skilled UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in developing user-centric designs for various platforms and industries. Currently employed as a UX Designer at Troo Co. since December 2022, Kelsang previously held positions as a UX/UI Designer at Noatanga, where responsibilities included enhancing the B2C experience for web and mobile platforms and leading the design of critical sections. At CamSkool, Kelsang focused on redesigning user interfaces and synthesizing client feedback, while also contributing to K.Artisan's e-commerce projects by optimizing user flows and payment systems. Earlier experience at Human Experience Systems involved leading comprehensive research and design processes to improve user experiences. Kelsang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology Informatics from Rutgers University, earned in 2019.
