Philomela Dolfin has extensive experience in credit and logistics management, currently serving as Global Credit Manager at Tronox since June 2010 after progressing through various roles including Regional Credit Lead, Senior Credit Analyst, and Credit Analyst. Philomela also led the Customer Service and Logistics Group as Coordinator. From March 2005 to 2010, Philomela held the position of Head of General Affairs at Tronox, overseeing logistics, ISO certification, communications, and facility management. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Assistant at Kerr-McGee from January 1997 to March 2005. Philomela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Psychology and Coaching from HBO, completed in 2016, and is a Facilitator trained by the Arbinger Institute.
