Nithish George is a seasoned professional in maintenance and reliability management with over 15 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Tronox since May 2019, Nithish is dedicated to implementing top-tier health and safety standards while driving maintenance strategies to enhance plant reliability and performance. Previously at Cristal, Nithish held various roles including Maintenance Manager and Planning Lead, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiency, managing maintenance KPIs, and leading transformative projects in collaboration with McKinsey consultants. Nithish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SCMS School of Engineering and Technology.
