Magdalena Mitros has a diverse work experience in various companies. Magdalena started their career as a Development Scientist at Bluestar Fibres Company in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Then, they worked as a Product Development Specialist at Technical Absorbents for a year. Since 2014, they have been employed at Tronox, initially as a Manufacturing Engineer Quality and later as a Quality Lead. In their roles at Tronox, they have implemented best practices, conducted analytical work, managed projects, and collaborated with various teams to improve processes and ensure quality standards.

Magdalena Mitros earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemical Technology from the Technical University of Lodz in Poland, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007.
