Mike Hu has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mike most recently worked as the Human Resources Director for TRON DAO starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at BLUE REGALE China from June 2021 to July 2022. Mike also has extensive experience at Kerry, where they held various HR roles such as HR Integration Manager, HR Employee Services Manager, and HR Service Manager from 2013 to 2021. Before joining Kerry, they worked as an HR Manager at Shanghai Port Machine Company from 2004 to 2008. Mike has a strong background in organization development, strategy, and training.

Mike Hu completed their Bachelor's degree in Ship Engineering from Shanghai Maritime University from 2000 to 2004. Mike further pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Organization and Human Resources Management from The University of Hong Kong between the years 2017 and 2019.
