Jack Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jack most recently worked as a Finance Manager at the TRON Foundation, a role they started in 2021. Prior to that, they held a similar position as a Finance Manager at a venture capital firm from 2019 to 2021. From 2014 to 2019, Jack served as a Senior Accountant at Alibaba.com. Jack also worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they gained experience as an Accountant at RSM Nelson Wheeler from 2010 to 2011, where they were responsible for accounting entries and preparing financial statements for SMEs, HK and Gem board listed companies, IPOs, and PRC owned stated enterprises. In addition, they prepared audit documentation for IPOs and conducted client interviews and risks assessments. Jack started their accounting career as a Staff Accountant at ShineWing, where they worked from 2007 to 2009.

Jack Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University. Jack then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from HKUST, completing the degree between 2016 and 2018.
