Alex Sankey has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. At GoodLife Fitness, they were a Fitness Advisor. In 2017, they joined Flight Centre Travel Group as a Sales Development Representative, where they achieved personal accomplishments such as being above target, winning global and national awards, and creating a dashboard to track unique SDR metrics. In 2020, they joined Trolley as a Sales Development Manager, working with Sales Leadership to build out their playbook, process, and a record shatteringly strong BDR team. After a tough Q1, the BDRs came together to knock the rest of the year out of the park. Alex also served as an interim Sales Development Trainer, where they were responsible for outreach strategies, market trend knowledge, persona/trigger/industry-based prospecting + training, cadence creation, writing the entire BDR handbook + implementing workflow, coaching + BDR career progression. As of 3 months in, all BDRs were consistently clipping at or above target. Lastly, they were an Account Executive at Trolley, providing payouts automation to the music and education industries.
