Rakan Alaraishy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Trolley Convenience Store for Kuwait and KSA, Rakan is committed to enhancing workplace culture and employee empowerment. Previously, Rakan held the position of Head of HR at City Centre Kuwait, leading various HR functions and initiatives. Rakan's earlier roles at InterContinental Hotels Group included Cluster HR Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, recruitment, and employee relations. Rakan began a career in HR at Kuwait Food Company (Americana), progressing through positions focused on employee relations, training, and recruitment. Rakan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cairo University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo.
