Previously held roles at Troi GmbH include Director New Markets, Head of Product & Customer Experience, and Teamlead Support, emphasizing the importance of user experience, agile project control, and tailored consulting services. Additionally, Michael Movchin is the owner of Movchin Management & Konzeption, a digital agency in Munich established in 2013, and co-founded safe-my-data UG, a digital tool for mandatory data collection during the pandemic. Previous experiences include co-founding GastroZugang GbR and working at Allpower Veranstaltungsservice GmbH and ConSol Software GmbH in various capacities.
