Jensine Ruscito has had extensive work experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. Jensine started their career as a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, where they managed customer accounts and organized administrative duties. Jensine then worked as a Server at Hilton Harrisburg, where they provided exceptional dining experiences for guests and served at various events.
In 2009, Jensine joined Troegs Brewing Company as a Tasting Room Server and later became the Tasting Room Manager. Jensine was responsible for managing daily operations and customer experience at the Troegs Tasting Room Bar, as well as hiring and developing a 15-person customer service team. Jensine also played a crucial role in the relocation and expansion of the Troegs Brewery experience as the Food & Beverage Director, where they hired and onboarded over 100 coworkers and developed a leadership team from within the organization.
Jensine's most recent role at Troegs Brewing Company was as the Director of Retail Operations. In this position, they developed strategic plans to meet long-term project goals, tracked metrics, and recognized milestones achieved. Jensine also focused on developing the leadership team through educational opportunities and mentoring, as well as planning events and collaborating with the marketing team to expand on the brewery experiences.
Jensine Ruscito attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2003 to 2007. However, no information is available regarding the degree or field of study pursued during this time.
