Shad Stoltz has over 25 years of experience in the security industry, beginning as an Installation Technician at Westec Security from 1998 to 2000. Stoltz advanced to the role of Senior Lead Technician at Greater Alarm from 2000 to 2004, before serving as a Project Manager at Henry Brothers Electronics in 2004-2005. From 2005 to 2010, Stoltz worked as a Project Manager at HCI, Inc., managing large-scale security projects. Since April 2010, Stoltz has held multiple titles, including Operations Manager of the Security Division, at TRL Systems, Inc., leading security operations and project management initiatives.
