Vincent Le Rouvillois has extensive work experience in project management and innovation in the food and beverage industry. Vincent is currently the Head of Project Management Office at Trivium Packaging. Previously, they worked at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they held various roles such as Innovation Program Manager, Global Innovation Manager, and Global Innovation Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Mondelēz International as an Innovation Manager for Europe. Vincent also has experience in research and development at Unilever, where they held roles as Principal Food Scientist, European Technical Project Leader, Process Engineer, and Process Scientist Assistant.

Vincent Le Rouvillois holds a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, which was obtained in 2023. Vincent is also a Certified Project Leader, having obtained this certification from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter in 2009. Additionally, Vincent completed a Chocolate processing course at the Leatherhead Institute in 2006. Vincent'sformal education includes an MSc in Process Engineering from Nantes Université, which they completed from 2001 to 2005.
