Naomi Rovere Nakamishi is an experienced HR professional with a rich background in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director at Trivium Packaging since August 2018, Naomi oversees all HR activities for Brazil, including recruitment, talent management, and labor relations. Prior to this role, Naomi held the position of Human Resources Manager at PPG Industries, responsible for HR systems across Latin America South. A former Recruiting Specialist at Robert Half International, Naomi managed executive recruitment and business development in the Campinas region. Naomi's career began at Procter & Gamble, where Naomi held various positions, including Logistics Manager and Organizational Development Manager. Naomi holds an MBA in Human Resources from FGV and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
